Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day when you (or a third party indicated by you) has received the goods. If your order arrives in more than one delivery, the 14 days starts from when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) to Ashby & Mann Ltd, 94-106 Upper Bond Street, Hinckley, Leics LE101RL, e-mail .

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effect of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you including the cost of the least expensive type of delivery you could have chosen for your order. We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of goods we have supplied to you if this is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than – 14 days after the day we receive the goods back from you
(if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods
if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Returning Goods

On cancellation, you must send back any goods you have received as soon as possible and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day you tell us you would like to cancel your order. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you send your parcel insured and recorded delivery so that you have proof of posting.

We retain the right to cancel any contract to sell goods up to the point at which you have received AND, where this is possible, signed for the goods sold to you. If your payment was processed prior to cancellation, it will be refunded on cancellation. Your sales order confirmation, which you receive on placing your order, is solely a confirmation that we have received and are processing your order.

Our right to cancel

The placing of an order is not acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order is at the point of despatch
In the event that stock is unable to be sourced, you will be offered an alternative equivalent to the amount paid, if no alternative is available your order may be cancelled and refunded.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, your order may be cancelled. We may offer a discount on the correct price for you as a gesture of goodwill if we are unable to honour the erroneous price.
In the event of a description error on our website, we may offer an alternative product that matches the described functions/features. If no alternative is available within a reasonable price variation, we will have to cancel your order.

It is important to read and understand the following on all returns

• Returned items must be unused, in saleable condition with the original tags and labels still attached and in the original sealed packaging.

• Helmets and boots must be in their original boxes with no literature/stickers or visor stickers removed (please do not write on or apply parcel tape to any boxes).

• Repack your goods (including any free gifts) in their original packaging and always return the complete item. Make sure the item is protected and will not be damaged in transit.

• Returned items have to be unused and in “showroom” condition including all packaging.

• We cannot provide exchanges or refunds for any used, damaged or incomplete goods (includes original packaging and documentation), including those damaged in transit.

• Make sure you include a copy of your original invoice with the return.

• Make sure that you have completed the details required on our returns form, which you can download from here, and enclosed the form along with the item being returned.

If you want to exchange an item

To exchange an item, let us know what item, colour & size you would like on the return/exchange
form which can be downloaded here.

If the value of your exchange order is different from your original order, we either refund the difference.


Products such as batteries and acids cannot be returned due to hazardous good transport regulations.
Any products supplied that are sealed and returned opened such as oils, fluids, sprays, lubricants etc cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons base layers and undergarments are non-returnable. If faulty, in this case the item(s) will be sent back to the manufacturer for assessment.

If you return an item for a refund and this drops the value of your order below the amount that triggered a saving or discount on your original order (for example free delivery or a saving on an associated item) then your refund will be reduced as the discount or saving will no longer apply;
